When you sign up for Watermen updates sent via text message, you will receive important news and updates regarding VMRC and Potomac Rivers Fisheries Commission changing regulations or “opening up areas”. This service will not track federal fisheries regulations. As this is a free service operated out of a one person office, we may miss something (although we don’t think we will). We merely want to make life easier for folks who work hard to make a decent living and aren’t able to be in front of a computer all day – we hope this helps and will keep doing our best to keep the rivers and bays clean and productive. |

No information provided will be sold or given to any third party. Delegate Pollard will not release your information to any vendors or outside organizations. Fees will be charged by your wireless carrier if you do not have a text message plan. For watermen residing outside the 99th District, a $5 fee will be charged to offset the cost of this service.
